World cancer day is celebrated at 4 February.
World cancer day was established by Paris charter at the
world summit for the New millennium in Paris on 4 February 2000.
National cancer awareness day is celebrated on7 November
form 2014 after the announcement by Dr Harsvardhan. (Health minister of
India)
Cancer is a general name for a group of diseases in which
some of cell within the body due to some reason grow in uncontrolled fashion. Untreated
cancers can spread into surrounding normal tissue, or to other part of body and
cause serious illness disability and death.
There is various type of cancer. There is some common type
of cancer in India
Oral cancer
Cervical cancer
Gastric cancer
Lungs cancer
Colorectal cancer
Gall bladder cancer
How to avoid the cancer?
There is various ways to avoid the cancer according to its
type but some common ways to avoid it is
Take balance diet
Involve in physical activity
Avoid over weight
Avoid cigarette , tobacco and alcohol
Get proper vaccination
Take regular health check up
