When balloon goes up in the space the balloon get burst. It is because when we filled air in the balloon the air inside the balloon apply force on the wall of balloon but the atmosphere air pressure make balance the force.
There is no air in the space. So when balloon goes upwards in space there is no air in space so, only air inside the balloon apply the force on wall on balloon and no any air in atmosphere to balance such inside force the wall of balloon can't bear the force of the air of balloon.

As a result the balloon get burst. Air come out.
