Planet is a type of celestial body which is move around the sun in elliptical path but satellite are those who move around the planet is called Satellite.
Mercury and Venus are planet which have no satellite.
The largest satellite of solar system is Genimad.
The Smallest satellite of solar system is Demos
Our Moon is fifth largest known satellite of our solar system

 According to ISRO (Indian space research organization)  there the number of natural satellite of planet are following.

  Mars have 2 satellite
  Earth have 1 satellite
  Jupiter have highest 79 satellite
  Saturn have 62 satellite
  Uranus have 27 satellite
  Neptune have 14 satellite.
